Credits

Every new user gets 10 free AI generations to get started. Additional credits can be purchased in affordable packs — no subscription required, pay only for what you use.

Credits are consumed when an AI nail preview is generated. Browsing designs or saving favorites does not use credits.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why didn't my credit get used after a generation?

Credits are only deducted after a successful AI generation. If the generation failed due to a network error or app issue, your credit was not consumed. If you believe a credit was incorrectly deducted, contact us and we'll look into it.

What kind of photos work best?

Use a well-lit photo with your hand flat and fingers spread slightly apart. Natural lighting works best. Avoid heavy shadows or angles that obscure the nail surface.

Are my photos stored or shared?

Photos you submit for AI processing are sent to our servers solely to generate the nail preview and are not retained after processing. We do not use your photos for any other purpose. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Can I restore purchases after reinstalling?

Yes. Credit pack purchases are tied to your Apple ID. Use the "Restore Purchases" option in the app to recover any previously purchased credits.

My generated preview doesn't look right. What should I try?

Try retaking your photo with better lighting and a flatter hand position. If results are consistently poor, let us know — we're always working to improve the AI quality.

How do I share a look with my nail technician?

After generating a preview, tap the share icon to send the image directly via Messages, WhatsApp, email, or any other app.
