  • Photos you submit: When you request an AI nail preview, your photo is transmitted to our servers to generate the result. Photos are processed in real time and are not retained after the preview is delivered.
  • Purchase information: If you purchase credit packs, Apple handles payment processing. We receive a record of the transaction (e.g., confirmation that a purchase was completed) but do not receive your payment card details.
  • Usage data: We may collect anonymized usage information (e.g., number of generations, features used) to improve the app. This data is not linked to your identity.
  • Device information: Standard device data (iOS version, device model) may be collected to support app functionality and debug issues.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Generate AI nail previews in response to your requests.
  • Manage your credit balance and process in-app purchases.
  • Improve the quality and performance of the app.
  • Diagnose and fix technical issues.

We do not use your photos for training AI models, advertising, or any purpose beyond generating your requested preview.

4. Photo Processing & Data Retention

Photos you submit are transmitted securely to our servers using HTTPS. They are processed to generate your nail preview and are deleted immediately after the result is returned. We do not store, analyze, or use your photos beyond this single processing step. Generated preview images are stored locally on your device only.

5. Third-Party Services

NailChrome uses Apple's in-app purchase system to handle credit pack transactions. Apple's privacy practices are governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. We do not integrate advertising networks or sell data to third parties.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect data in transit, including HTTPS encryption. However, no method of electronic transmission is 100% secure. We encourage you to use the app on trusted networks.

7. Children's Privacy

NailChrome is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information through the app, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

8. Your Rights
